Unopened Products

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or provide an appropriate resolution.

Opened Products

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. This policy helps ensure the safety and quality of all products we provide.

If you experience a concern with a product, please contact us. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to work with you to find a reasonable solution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
